You need to go into the BIOS and tell the computer to detect your hard drive.What ever it tells you that is the actual size of the drive. Make sure you use auto detect of the bios. Save your settings and boot to a bootable disk that has fdisk in it. Run fdisk tell it to display partition table it should tell you the size of your drive. If you see the size to be 130000, things are going good. Format the drive and then reinstall windows. BEFORE YOU DO ANY OF THIS SAVE YOUR WORK...... GOOD LUCK.
