Fujitsu Hard Drive ata/66

Hi! this is my first poste, hoping to lear a little bet more.

I just re-installed win98 firs edition, but when I go to properties of C:\ drive it looks like my coputers thinks I have a 7.5 GB hard drive when in true I have a 13 GB hard drive, what did I do wrong when re-installing win98 please help me.
