you need a system boot disk with some essentials on it like "FDISK.EXE" and "FORMAT.COM" on it. Bootup from the floppy, run FDISK at the Cpromt, drop all partitons, reboot, run FDISK again and create new partion(s) and format. Don't forget to "sys" your C drive when you format it.
