I just bought a WD 40 gig HD and my Compaq Presario 5700T series computer would not recognize it. I've looked in the Bios but didn't find anything like 'Auto Config' or 'Auto Detect'. I've set my old HD as Master and the new one as slave. I really don't know what else to do...
