Maxtor's EZBIOS

Anyone know how to delete Maxtor's EZBIOS from my system? I added a Maxtor slave drive with Maxblast Plus 1.265, and EZBIOS loaded with it. It's in a Dell Optiplex Gs tag#B5NYM 166MMX, Pentium, win98.
