USE A BOOT DISK IN THE OLD COMPUTER,,BOOT
THE COMPUTER,,THEN TYPE FDISK /MBR,,, HIT ENTER,,THERE IS A SPACE BETWEEN FDISK AND /MBR,,
NOW TYPE FDISK HIT ENTER,,SELECT DELETE
DOS PARTITION,,NOW MOVE IT TO NEW COMPUTER,,
AND DETECT IT IN BIOS,,
BOOT WITH SAME BOOT DISK AS NEW OPERATING SYSTEM
AND USING BOOT DISK WITH FDISK.EXE AND FORMAT COM ON IT BOOT WITH THE BOOT DISK AND TYPE FDISK HIT ENTER,,AND SELECT CREATE NEW DOS PARTITION,,
[DO SELECT LARGE DRIVE WHEN OPTION IS OFFERED]
WHEN FINISHED,,SELECT MAKE PARTITION ACTIVE,,
REBOOT OFF FLOPPY AND TYPE FORMAT C:,,,,ADD A

: Originally I had used ezbios to put a 10.3gig harddrive in a 133 pentium. I have now put the hard drive in a althon 900 and wanted to remove the ezbios. I put the disk in the a drive and it reads but does nothing, just a blank screen. But the disk does work in a 266 pentium computer still. So the disk is still good. How do I remove the ezbios from the althon??
