NT won't recognize internal SCSI Drives

I needed to rearrange my 4 internal SCSI drives to make room for a removeable drive bay. I kept the terminated drive on the end and moved the other 3 so that the cable went in a loop rather than the twisted mess it was before. Now when I boot up, the SCSI card BIOS recognizes all 5 drives (1 external and 4 internal), but once into NT, all I see is the external SCSI drive. I have confirmed termination, checked each drive and they still work, checked cables, reseated the SCSI card (Adaptec AHA-2940 UW) and still nothing.

Any ideas as to why changing the drive order on the cable would cause this?

Each drive ID is still the same and the SCSI BIOS scans the chain and finds all 5 drives and their correct ID #'s.

I'm at a loss.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Grant
