: I have installed an IBM 7200 75GXP as my Primary master and copied all data across from my old Quantum 8.4gb drive using DRIVECOPY. Evertything ok BUT win98 does not see my Quantum, (I want it to be my "D" drive), although the BIOS sees it on booting up. HDTACH sees it for testing! It still contains all the original data etc....doi I have to FDISK it and partition it?

: Many thanks

This message is late but YOU don't have to Fdisk or partion, Make sure your old drivejumper is set to SLAVE, if that does not work Go into your BIOS and set slave to "AUTO" to make sure your computer Knows it's there.
