: : Hi! I was installing Cubase 5.0 and it asked me if I wanted to enable DMA I said yes, and windows crased, second time around I said no, and windows crased big time. Command, config.sys, files got corrupted..I know I should have checked DMA on windows, but is too late. I am now trying to re-install win98 from scratch, but when I try to boot from the floppy, it tells me that "the following is missing or corrupted c:\cdrom\oakcdrom.sys" and "error in your config.sys on line 6", I don't know what to do now. Computer freezes and I cannot go thru setup process.
